A shadow in the darkness, no rules to abide.
Not evil, for it knows not sin;
Protecting the self from where it’s been.
Filled with feelings not yet defined;
Hidden in the recesses of one’s mind.
From the pains of the inner man,
Come the things I wish to ban.
May my soul be on the mend
